When you contact Braided by Christiana, the form collects your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, your selected activity and your message. Christiana uses these details to read and respond to your enquiry.
Where your message goes
Enquiries are stored in the website’s protected admin inbox, hosted through Sites on Cloudflare. Authorised website administrators can access this inbox. FormSubmit processes a copy of your enquiry and forwards it to Christiana’s email address so she can reply directly. FormSubmit’s published policy retains submission data for 30 days.

Keeping the form usable
The site stores a protected hash derived from your connection’s IP address to limit spam submissions. Admin sign-in uses an essential session cookie. Please avoid including sensitive personal or medical information in an enquiry.
Questions about your information
Contact Christiana to ask about information you have submitted, or request a correction or deletion. Messages remain in the inbox until an administrator removes them; there is currently no automatic deletion schedule.
