CREATE · CONNECT · GROWMy own experience of creative expression helped me move from isolation towards self-acceptance. It inspired me to create welcoming spaces where others can find their voice, build confidence and feel supported as they grow.
Sessions are calm, flexible and inclusive of different needs and ways of participating. Christiana brings an SEN-aware approach, giving people room to take part in a way that feels comfortable for them.
Christiana is a certified play therapist in training. Her creative and play-based workshops draw on her lived experience and ongoing learning. These workshops are supportive creative experiences, rather than a substitute for clinical care.
